With 15 different resistance combinations, our bands work for any strength workout. Level 1 is equivalent to a "10 lbs" band, Level 2 to "20lbs", Level 3 to "30lbs", Level 4 to "40lbs", and Level 5 to a "50lbs" band. Adding all bands (Level 15), you'll get "150lbs" resistance.
