During peak periods (promotions or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Most international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

5. Delayed Deliveries

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control:

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours if processing has not begun.

Once processing starts, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide order number and clear photos

We will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.

Gripra is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered but lost or stolen afterward.


8. Holiday Notice

During peak seasons (e.g., November–December), delivery times may be extended due to high demand and customs delays.

We recommend ordering early during holiday periods.
